1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "5rr5", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 5rr5 platform, accessible at https://5rr5.io, and all associated services, features, and content provided through that domain.
• "Platform" means the 5rr5 website, any mobile-optimised version of the site, and all casino, sportsbook, and account management features accessible through https://5rr5.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 5rr5 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 5rr5 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the following additional policies incorporated by reference:

• The 5rr5 Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming)
• Any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you at the time of the relevant offer

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a 5rr5 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 5rr5 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of 5rr5 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 5rr5 or by any other gambling operator, gaming authority, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Creating an Account as an agent or nominee for another person is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

5rr5 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not or cease to be met, without prior notice where circumstances so require.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access Real Money gaming features on the 5rr5 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and phone number.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the 5rr5 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 5rr5 during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account remains accurate and current. You must promptly notify our support team of any changes to your personal details, including your registered email address, phone number, or residential address. 5rr5 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.4 Account Currency

All 5rr5 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to Bangladeshi players using approved local payment methods.

4.5 Username and Password

You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 5rr5 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel. Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security is your sole responsibility.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5rr5 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, or at any time at 5rr5's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires you to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• A copy of your passport (photo page)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within the past three months)

5.2 Verification Timeframe

5rr5 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During this period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. 5rr5 will not process withdrawals to unverified Accounts where KYC has been requested and not yet completed.

5.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If verification cannot be completed because you have provided insufficient, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation, 5rr5 reserves the right to suspend the Account, return any unplayed deposited funds to the original payment source, and void any bonus balances or winnings accumulated during the period of unverified status.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

5rr5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as your 5rr5 Account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 5rr5 Account balance in BDT within seconds of confirmed payment. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in your Account balance. 5rr5 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own standard charges.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits apply per transaction and per rolling period as displayed in the Cashier. 5rr5 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same business day during support hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification as described in Section 5.

6.5 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method

5rr5 operates a same-source withdrawal policy. Funds will be returned to the payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where the original payment method is no longer available, alternative withdrawal arrangements must be pre-approved by the 5rr5 finance team following satisfactory identity verification.

6.6 Dormant Account Charges

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 5rr5 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 BDT to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold. Players will receive email notification before such charges commence and may reactivate their Account by logging in and contacting support.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

5rr5 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, standard wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. 5rr5 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. A Player is not entitled to receive a bonus where 5rr5 reasonably suspects that the Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using deposit methods ineligible for a specific promotion, or systematically betting in a manner designed to exploit promotional offers with minimal risk.

7.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

5rr5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, 5rr5 will provide reasonable notice and will not retroactively remove bonus credits already in play, except in cases of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

8 Game Rules & Betting

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 5rr5 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed and regulated game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically independent, unpredictable, and fair to all players.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BPL governing council, FIFA, or equivalent authority). 8.3 Void Bets

5rr5 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error, or event cancellation renders the original bet conditions invalid. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Account balance. No compensation is payable for void bets beyond the return of the original stake.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

5rr5 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, and per rolling 24-hour period. These limits are displayed within the game information panel or the Cashier section of your Account. 5rr5 reserves the right to limit or decline bets from Players where patterns suggest irregular betting activity.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5rr5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim introductory offers
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider
• Sharing access to your Account with any other person, or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5rr5 staff or other platform users through any communication channel

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5rr5 Platform — including but not limited to the 5rr5 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and proprietary algorithms — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5rr5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 5rr5.

Game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in such content remain with the respective developers and their licensors.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

5rr5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or statistical data arising from third-party data providers
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble, including gambling losses incurred on the Platform

In any event, 5rr5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5rr5's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and subject to KYC verification if not already completed.

14.2 Termination by 5rr5

5rr5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to 5rr5, other players, or third parties
• You are no longer eligible to hold an Account under the criteria set out in Section 3
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, 13, and 16 — shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments to Terms

5rr5 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and by posting a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 5rr5 recommends checking this page at the start of each calendar quarter and following any notification email you receive from us.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between you and 5rr5 shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Terms.
